Terms of use

LOZIDO Recruitment (“LOZIDO”, “we” or “us”) is a platform connecting employers with candidates, operated by CÔNG TY TNHH GIẢI PHÁP THÔNG MINH POPIPLUS (Business Registration Certificate No. 0318272823, issued by the Ho Chi Minh City Department of Planning and Investment on 19/01/2024).

These Terms apply to all organizations and individuals who access the website and use LOZIDO services as employers (“Users” or “you”). By registering an account or using the services, you confirm that you have read, understood and agreed to these Terms, together with our Privacy policy and Job posting rules.

• You must provide accurate and complete personal/business information when registering and keep it up to date.
• You are responsible for keeping your password secure and for all activity under your account. Notify LOZIDO immediately if you detect unauthorized access.
• Each business should use an account registered in its own name. Accounts may not be sold, transferred or rented.
• LOZIDO may request verification of business information before allowing job posting or the use of certain features.

LOZIDO provides job posting, candidate search and profile viewing, application management, notifications and related utilities. Some services are free; others are charged according to each plan.

• The content, benefits and fees of each plan are published on the Pricing page or set out in a separate quotation/contract.
• Paid fees are refundable only in cases announced by LOZIDO or agreed separately between the parties.
• LOZIDO may adjust features or fees and will give notice before applying changes. Changes do not affect a plan you have already paid for during its validity period.

• Ensure job posts are truthful, reflect real hiring needs and comply with the Job posting rules.
• Use candidate information and profiles only for recruitment purposes; do not share, sell or use them for other purposes without the candidate's consent.
• Do not charge candidates any fee during the hiring process (application fees, training fees, deposits…).
• Comply with Vietnamese law on labor, employment, personal data protection and related regulations.

• Posting fake or fraudulent jobs, or impersonating other organizations or people.
• Posting content that violates the law or public morals, is discriminatory, or infringes the rights of third parties.
• Scraping data with automated tools, interfering with, damaging or gaining unauthorized access to the system.
• Using the platform for advertising, recruiting for illegal multi-level marketing or other unlawful business.

• Review, reformat or refuse job posts that do not comply with the rules.
• Suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, with or without prior notice depending on the severity of the violation.
• Provide information to competent state authorities upon request in accordance with the law.

All interfaces, logos, source code and content created by LOZIDO are owned by CÔNG TY TNHH GIẢI PHÁP THÔNG MINH POPIPLUS. Content you upload (job posts, company logo…) remains yours; you grant LOZIDO the right to display it on the platform and LOZIDO's promotional channels to the extent needed to provide the services.

LOZIDO is an intermediary connection platform. We strive to review content but do not guarantee hiring outcomes, nor are we responsible for the accuracy of information provided by candidates or employers themselves.

LOZIDO is not liable for service interruptions caused by technical incidents beyond our control, announced system maintenance or force majeure events.

LOZIDO may update these Terms from time to time. A new version takes effect from the date it is published on this page. Continuing to use the services after that date means you accept the changes.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Vietnam. Any dispute will first be resolved through negotiation; failing that, it will be settled by the competent authority in accordance with the law.
