This policy explains how CÔNG TY TNHH GIẢI PHÁP THÔNG MINH POPIPLUS, the operator of LOZIDO Recruitment, collects, uses, stores and protects users' personal data in accordance with Vietnamese law on personal data protection, including Decree 13/2023/ND-CP.

• Account information: full name, email, phone number, password (encrypted).
• Company information: company name, tax code, address, logo, size, industry.
• Content you create: job posts, notes and the processing status of candidate applications.
• Technical data: IP address, device type, browser, access logs and cookies.

• Creating and managing accounts, authenticating users.
• Displaying job posts and connecting employers with suitable candidates.
• Sending notifications about account activity, applications and service changes.
• Customer care and responding to support requests.
• Analyzing and improving service quality and keeping the system secure.
• Complying with legal obligations.

LOZIDO does not sell your personal data. Data is shared only in these cases:

• Company information and job posts are displayed publicly to candidates as part of the service.
• With infrastructure partners (hosting, email, notifications) to operate the service, under confidentiality agreements.
• At the request of competent state authorities in accordance with the law.
• With your consent.

When accessing candidate profiles, employers must use the data only for recruitment purposes, keep it secure and not share it with third parties without the candidate's consent. Violations may lead to account suspension under the Terms of use.

• Data is stored on servers with access control measures.
• Passwords are encrypted, and connections between your browser and our servers are encrypted (HTTPS).
• Data is kept while your account is active or for the period required by law, after which it is deleted or anonymized.

You have the right to:

• Be informed about the processing of your personal data.
• Access and edit the information in your account.
• Withdraw consent, request restriction of processing or deletion of your data.
• Complain if you believe your data has been processed unlawfully.
